While in London one of the hotels I had the pleasure of staying at was The Orange - Public House & Hotel. Situation on Pimlico Road near Sloane Square station, this charming boutique hotel was utterly cosy and welcoming. Greeted with a warm cup of tea on arrival and shown to my gorgeous room overlooking the cutest street with a florist on the corner, I couldn't ask for more! You literally couldn't want for anything while at The Orange as they've thought of everything and are so helpful. Also of note was the amazing Full English Breakfast I enjoyed the next morning after my stay. The best I've had so far in England!

Hotel: Lloyd's Inn - Singapore

As you can probably tell from my past post documenting our time on It's The Ship, some serious chill time was in order after the wild times on the cruise. After we disembarked we made our way to this hidden gem of tranquility. Sometimes the atmosphere of Singapore can be a little overwhelming so Lloyd's Inn was the perfect little escape even though it was conveniently located, not far from Orchard Road - one of the main shopping areas in the city. The place features modern architecture and interiors, and although it is quite small it does not feel crowded but cosy. The staff are lovely and always willing to help or make recommendations. Overall we had a great stay at Lloyd's Inn! I would recommend this place for those seeking a more private and quiet stay in Singapore.

Hotel: Capella Singapore on Sentosa Island

I'm so excited to share with you my first post from my recent trip to Singapore! Once we were off the plane our first stop was Capella on Sentosa Island. Our stay at Capella was short however it was one of the highlights of the whole trip. From the moment we set foot on the grounds the service was undeniably supreme. The level of care for guests at Capella was definitely high. Even though we arrived quite late we were taken on an amazing tour of the grounds and our room (which was absolutely divine). Breakfast the next day at The Knolls was hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I've experienced on my travels. I have a few more snippets of the buffet in my travel video (coming soon) but basically they had almost everything you could think of. A huge range from waffles to laksa, fruit to sushi. We then spent most of the morning by the pool (yep, the three tiered infinity pool) where we hardly had to lift a finger! Bottles of water were set next to us in ice, our towels were placed on the day beds for us and we were even surprised by the yummiest berry popsicles! Before we left for our cruise (stay tuned for my next post) we visited the Library for tea and sweets, which is open to guests of Capella. An absolutely wonderful hotel experience and one I can't fault at all. Thank you for having us Capella Singapore!

REVIEW: Hello Hair

 photo P1250911_zpse66cf20d.jpg

I noticed that Hello Hair gets a whole tonne of questions about their products and I actually got quite a few after I posted about it on my instagram account when I was in Bali. So I've done my only little review because, as my regular readers will know, I'm pretty obsessed with beauty and pamper products. After a few months of travelling - enjoying the sun and sea - I needed to get some hydration back into my hair which is what the Hello Hair mask does. Not only is is hydrating it's 100% natural, vegan & cruelty free - which is something I'm really drawn to.

Process:
The treatment is applied to dry hair and washed out by shampooing and conditioning you hair as normal. Hello Hair is oil-based and trying an oil treatment for the first time can feel a little weird but don't be too shy about it! Depending on your hair length, place 2-3 'squirts' of oil from the cute squeeze packet through your hair. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave the treatment for about 30mins or longer before washing out.

Results:
Soft, silky hair! After 4-6 treatments your hair should feel stronger & lush!

My tips:
Add the treatment gradually so you can get the perfect amount of treatment of your hair. When I use the treatment I need to shampoo my hair twice before the treatment is fully removed - otherwise it goes a bit straw-like (so don't freak if this happens - you just need to get all the oil treatment out of your hair).

Summer is coming and it's the perfect time to indulge in pamper products in order to protect your skin and hair in the harsher weather conditions. Luckily the Hello Hair Hydrating Mask is only $15 - so it won't break the bank to give it a go! For all you out there who adore summer scents/products/anything like me, Hello Hair also have a new Island Escape edition in their online store. I haven't tried that one myself so I'd love to hear feedback from anyone who has. Check out the Hello Hair website here: hellohair.com.au

THE BALÉ

Can you really blame me for jetting off again so soon after Europe when I was welcomed into a paradise such as this place?! I travelled to Bali with my pal Bree over the past few weeks and our first stop was The Balé in Nusa Dua. Belive it or note, it was actually my 7th trip to Bali but I still had a few 'firsts' on this trip. I had visited Nusa Dua before but never stayed there and I quickly learnt that when staying there is was all about luxury. Mostly because all you want to do is hang around in the resort - who wouldn't when it's as amazing as The Balé? It has all the pros of a luxury resort; a personal butler, private swimming pool complete with daybed, two showers, divine room service...but something we loved the most was that it was a kid-free-zone! Oh the serenity. Thanks to The Balé & Lifestyle Retreats team for having us!

OUTFIT 2 - tee from vietnam, jacket - Free People, jeans - general pants, shoes - converse, shades Zero UV Marlene.
OUTFIT 3 - coat - She Inside, vintage tee, bag - pisidia, shades Zero UV Harlow.

Introducing the new ZERO UV Plus series! These are just three of seven styles from the collection which come in a whole range of colours. I was sent these three to review and try with my winter outfits and I have to say the styles are so easy to wear. The collection has subtle combinations of contemporary interpretations of timeless designs – no wonder they are so versatile! I have to say my favourite is the Mormont with the clear frames – I have them in ‘Clear sun’ but they come in many different shades of mirrored lenes. Which is your favourite look? I love how my shades match my pisidia bag in the last one.
