Well.
What more can I say other than I miss Bali!
Ubud is probably my favourite place in Bali and we were so sad to leave!

While there we decided to venture off the standard tourist track and go hiking through the rice fields and jungle. After only getting lost once and a very close encounter with as snake when it came out from the rice field and went right over my shoes, we arrived at the restaurant Sari Organik to have an organic lunch looking over the rice fields.

As you can probably tell we also ate very well in Ubud, did a lot of swimming and went shopping in the market almost every day.

Next post... Kuta Bali!

  2. Amazing photos.. Can't say I've been to Bali but I've been to Thailand and Fiji which would be quite similar. I need a holiday so bad!

    1. I'd recommend Bali! People say thailand is like Bali but Bali is more interesting and cruisey! And I've been to Fiji as well but Fiji has been stripped of its tradition by the resorts and hotels which is a shame.
