A Splendid Weekend - Day 1

SOUND CHECK! DAY 1 of Splendour

Photobucket

wearing: lace singlet - thrifted, vest - thrifted, skirt - cassette society, cardigan - dotti (old), sunnies - seafolly, boots - vintage and bag - 'dont' ask amanda'.

After highlighting the bands we wanted to see and almost buying some last minute gumboots as the clouds came over, we were ready to set off and take some style photos for Day 1 of Splendour in the Grass.

I found this vest the week before when I went opshopping in my (huge, 5hour) Uni break. It was just a cool piece that lifted the outfit and kept my back warm at night when the grounds froze over!

Here are some photos from Day one!

Needless to say the first official day was Caaaaarazy!

  17. I can totally understand your cider obsession. Every time I walk into a bar I ask what range of cider they have and I always pick one that I haven't tried yet. I just returned home from a trip around Europe and the UK and when I was in Ireland I drank so much Bulmers (their local cider). Best...cider...ever!

Loving you Splendid pics and I will be following your lovely blog.
