Formal 'Double-Up' Affair

This dress was always going to be a risky choice for me, but what's life without a bit of risky business? Cue 'Old Time Rock and Roll'. It's such a great design I just couldn't resist its call. Also, you can't quite see in these photos but this jacket has some wicked yin yang print action going on.

Gold Afternoon

I'm wearing: Jean - RES denim, coat - She Inside, bracelets and raw stone ring - ARGENTO, necklace - Sportsgirl, tee - Cotton On, boots - RMK and Shades - Zero UV.

Luke's wearing: Everloom Tee - The Iconic, Jeans - Riders by Lee, Shoes - Vans and Sweater - vintage.

We almost missed the beautiful afternoon light when taking these outfit snaps but it turns out it was perfect timing because the sun shone on the autumn leaves like magic! I've been wearing these jeans constantly since the chill has crept in and since they are a really good dull shade of maroon, it makes them easier to pair with different sweaters and coats.

Luke has had these sunnies over a year and as soon as I said I wanted them (because he never wore them) he decides he loves them. Typical!
